This is my 4 digit sequential PIN entry system with 28-segment “LCD” style display. The pin is fully programmable via a set of levers. It incorporates a decoder, 4 banks of 10 counters, and an intelligent control circuit.
The inputs consist of 3 buttons, Cycle number (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0), Enter (enter the digit/PIN), and Reset (resets the system).
For this demo I added a door, however this could be used to control anything, including triggering commands through command blocks.
At this point its around 90% complete. I intend to add support for multiple PIN numbers, each triggering a different output.

Looking back on this many years later, I wish I had put up a video of the second version I built. I developed an improved interface for it and added in a memory system which would allow capability to dynamically change pin numbers directly from the screen. It could store 20 different pins controlling 20 different outputs. Needless to say, it was huge. I still have the maps, perhaps one day I will record a video.
